We reserve the right to reject orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.   1. Stock & Availability: Product availability is updated in real time on our website, but occasional discrepancies (e.g., sudden stockouts) may occur. If a paid dress is unavailable, we will email you within 3 days to offer a refund, replacement (if in stock), or backorder with a confirmed delivery date.​
  1. Product Descriptions: We strive for accurate details (fabric, color, size, style) for all dresses. However, minor color variations may occur due to screen display differences, and slight size deviations (within 1–2 cm) are normal for handmade or tailored pieces.
