Returns Policy

1. Eligibility Period​

We accept returns of unused, undamaged dresses within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. The delivery date is confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information or delivery confirmation email. Returns requested after this period will be rejected.​

2. Item Condition Requirements​

To qualify for a return, dresses must meet these criteria:​

  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, makeup, or odors.​
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging (including garment bags or dust covers) intact.​
  • Accessories included with the dress (e.g., belts, sashes) returned in their original condition.​

Dresses that fail to meet these standards will be sent back to you without processing a refund.​

3. Non-Returnable Items​

Certain items are excluded from our return policy:​

  • Final-sale dresses (clearly marked “Final Sale” on the product page and checkout summary).​
  • Dresses with removed hygiene strips (where applicable).​

4. How to Initiate a Return​

  1. Request Authorization: Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number, the dress style/color/size, and a brief reason for return.​
  1. Receive RA Number: We will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, you’ll get a Return Authorization (RA) number and our Hong Kong warehouse address.​
  1. Ship the Dress: Use a trackable shipping method to send the dress back. Write the RA number clearly on the package—packages without an RA number will be held unprocessed.​

5. Return Shipping Responsibility​

  • Customer’s Cost: For returns due to personal preferences (e.g., size mismatch, change of mind), you cover return shipping fees.​
  • Our Cost: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong size/color shipped, defective dress), we will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all associated costs.​

6. Refund Processing​

  • After we receive and inspect the dress (3–5 business days), approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).​
  • Refunds include the dress’s purchase price but exclude the original shipping cost (unless the return is our error).​
  • Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.​

7. International Return Notes​

  • International customers are responsible for customs fees or duties incurred when returning dresses to our Hong Kong warehouse. We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Merchandise” to reduce potential fees.​
  • International return shipping may take 2–4 weeks to reach our warehouse—we will not begin inspection until the package is received.​

8. Defective or Incorrect Dresses​

If you receive a defective (e.g., torn seams, broken zippers) or incorrect dress, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos/videos of the issue in your email. We will offer a free replacement (if in stock), full refund, or prepaid return—no extra cost to you.​
