We ship our women’s dresses to over 100 countries worldwide from our Hong Kong hub. A list of excluded regions (due to logistical or regulatory restrictions) is available on our website—orders to these areas will be canceled, and full refunds issued within 3 business days. 2. Order Processing Time
After payment confirmation, orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Processing may extend by 1 day during peak seasons (e.g., sales events, holidays) or Hong Kong public holidays. We’ll email you if processing exceeds 4 business days.
3. Shipping Method Options
We offer two reliable shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Partnered with Hong Kong Post and DHL eCommerce, ideal for non-urgent orders.
- Express Shipping: Provided by FedEx/DHL Express, for time-sensitive purchases.
Method options and costs are displayed at checkout, based on your delivery address and order weight.
4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (major regions like North America, Europe, Australia); 10–21 days for remote areas.
- Express Shipping: 3–5 business days (most global cities).
Times exclude customs clearance delays, which are beyond our control.
5. Shipping Cost Calculation
Fees are determined by order weight (including protective packaging for dresses), destination, and shipping method. A cost calculator at checkout lets you view exact fees before payment. We occasionally offer free standard shipping for orders meeting a minimum spend (check our homepage for promotions).
6. Address Requirements
Provide a complete, accurate address (including apartment numbers and contact phone) to avoid delivery issues. We can’t modify addresses after orders ship—email [email protected] within 24 hours of placement for address changes.
7. Package Tracking
Once shipped, a tracking number and carrier link will be sent to your email. Use it to monitor real-time status. If tracking isn’t updated within 5 days, contact us with your order number for assistance.
8. Customs Clearance & Fees
You’re responsible for all customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These aren’t included in your order total—check with local customs for estimates. We aren’t liable for delays from clearance issues.
9. Delivery Attempts
Carriers make 2–3 delivery attempts. Failed attempts may result in the package being held at a local facility or returned to us. We’ll notify you via email if this occurs, offering reship (with extra fees) or refund (minus original shipping).
10. Damaged or Lost Packages
Inspect packages upon delivery. For damage, email [email protected] within 48 hours with photos—we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, covering return shipping. For lost packages (marked “delivered” but missing), contact us within 7 days to file a carrier claim.
